Painted Foam Letters
Painted Gatorfoam Letters area a light-weight, high density
foam with a hard, smooth veneer surface. They are a cost effective
way of producing dimensional letters for a custom lobby sign. It
can be painted any custom color or laminated with hundreds of
custom laminates including acrylic, chemetals, and formicas.
Thicknesses are 1/2”, 3/4”, 1”, 1 1/2”, and 2”
Exterior Letterfoam Letters
Similar to Gatorfoam, yet more durable, Painted
Letterfoam is a 2 lb density foam with a smooth aluminum face.
They give the impression of a solid, thick painted metal letter,
yet are a very economical exterior letter with a good lifespan.
Thicknesses are 1”, 1 1/2”, 2”, and 3”
Painted HDU Letters
Painted HDU (high density urethane) Letters can
be used exterior where extreme weather is a factor. It is
resistant to rotting and moisture and will not crack when exposed
to the elements. It is usually painted with a high quality outdoor
paint in any custom color. It can also be laminated with acrylic
or aluminum. We can supply studs and pattern with all our letters
and signs.
Thicknesses are 1/2”, 3/4”, 1”, 1 1/2”, 2”, and 3”
