Metal Letters
Aluminum Letters
Flat cut aluminum letters up to 1/2” thick can
be cut from your vector based art file. Once the letters are cut,
we will hand finish them by polishing, brushing, or coating them
with a polyurethane enamel to a color of your choice. These
letters are typically used for monument signs or building
identification.
Thicknesses are 1/8”, 3/16”, 1/4”, 3/8”, and 1/2”
Metal Laminate Letters
Metal laminate Letters are a great choice for
the most cost effective yet richest look for a “metal” looking
sign. The metal is an anodized aluminum which is bonded to
Gatorfoam, PVC, or acrylic. We can paint the edges with a metal
color paint so it simulates a solid metal look or paint it black
to give it more depth perception.
Thicknesses are 1/2”, 3/4”, 1”, 1 1/2“, and 2”
